We’ve got options!
The therapy menu:
Trauma-Informed Care
We understand that what happened turned in to “what’s wrong with me?”. We provide a safe space to convince your mind it’s okay to stay in your body. Empowering you to respond rather than react to life.
Addiction Therapy
Stuck in a cycle you can’t get yourself out of? Are the things you used to use to cope now actively working against you? Together we can replace harmful patterns with healthier ways to live.
Codependency Therapy
If you've been trying to fix everyone else while ignoring your own needs, this therapy is for you. Learn to set boundaries, stop doing things for others they can do for themselves, and put yourself first—minus the guilt.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Our thoughts cause our feeling, feelings cause our attitudes, and attitudes cause our actions. You want to change your life? CBT can turn the negative to positive by changing the way you think.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Everything we didn’t learn in school (or from our parents):
Mindfulness (watch the chaos)
Distress Tolerance (survive the stress)
Emotion Regulation (train your emotions)
Interpersonal Effectiveness (ask for what you need)
EMDR
Trauma causes separation. Basically, the bridge is out from mind to body. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation and reprocessing to rebuild AND reinforce the bridge; re-connecting to self, others, and the world.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS allows us to make friends with the children of chaos that live inside you. Healing the wounded, protective, and impulsive parts, cultivating a compassionate relationship with your authentic self.
🏳️🌈 Queer-Affirming Therapy
We’re here, we’re queer…and we LIVE for it. We’re a safe space, recognizing that living outside the cis-het mainstream can be stressful and scary. Let’s shake off the “is it me or the world?” feeling together.
Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM)
Trauma lives in the body. TCYM uses tools to get us present so we can finally release the past. Through mindfulness, movement, and breathing, we can learn to feel safe in our own skin again.
